This Invitation to Bid is for the Construction Works of The Outbreak Research Center and Public Health Laboratory of The National Health Institute (Ins) In the Pemba City, Cabo Delgado Province, as further described in Section 5 of this ITB.

Suppliers which have experience to conduct construction works in Mozambique and can meet current tender requirements, are welcome to submit their bids.

Pre-bid conference will be conducted online on 29 July 2025, 09:00 local time (GMT+2):

Site inspection and will NOT be held. Bidders who wish to inspect the sites may do so at their own and the locations are provided in this Bid Document
