Introduction
UNDP, on behalf of the Global Disability Fund (GDF) Secretariat hosted by UNDP BPPS/Governance, invites qualified and experienced communications agencies to submit proposals for the provision of Integrated Communications and Digital Services. The selected contractor will act as a strategic partner to deliver comprehensive, high-quality, and accessibility-compliant communications support over a twelve-month period. The scope of services includes the design and layout of major institutional publications (including the GDF Annual Report), development, launch and maintenance of a WordPress-based corporate website compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA standards, production of accessible graphic and editorial materials, and ongoing digital and social media support. The assignment requires a single accountable provider capable of delivering coherent branding, inclusive design, and timely outputs across multiple communications workstreams, in close coordination with the GDF Secretariat.
