UNDP will treat responses as confidential to the extent permitted by applicable disclosure, audit and oversight requirements, respondents should clearly mark any proprietary/confidential sections. Participation in this RFI does not preclude or guarantee participation in any future Request for Proposals (RFPs).
Under FMIIP, UNDP supports the Central Bank of Yemen – Aden (CBY-Aden) and the national payment ecosystem to modernize Yemen’s financial market infrastructure and expand financial inclusion. This RFI focuses on the Fast Payment System (FPS) component.
If you are interested in submitting a response to this RFI, please prepare your proposal in accordance with the requirements as set out in this RFI and submit it by the deadline.
