Full time 37 hrs per week including weekends on rota.
Plus some evenings on-call (home-based)

Join our Ranger Team and help care for one of Britain’s most iconic landscapes. We’re recruiting two Rangers to support the conservation and management of the Malvern Hills and Commons.

The post involves a wide range of tasks including regular patrols and engaging with visitors, monitoring public access, events, and byelaw compliance, carrying out practical estate and habitat management, waste collection, supporting and leading volunteers in the delivery of conservation activities.

About us

The Malvern Hills Trust is a statutory body established by Act of Parliament in 1884 and a registered charity. The Trust manages most of the Malvern Hills and Commons landscape, totalling around 1200 ha, which includes Sites of Special Scientific Interest and several Scheduled Monuments. It also forms a large part of the Malvern Hills National Landscape.

The Trust protects and conserves the wildlife, habitats, geology, archaeology and other important features of the Hills and Commons whilst managing an increasing number of visitors.
