Introduction

ITB Construction of Fire Station in Municipality of Zeta

The objective of this tender is to select a reliable and professionally qualified contractor capable of executing the construction works for the Fire Station in the Municipality of Zeta in a high-quality, timely manner and in full compliance with the approved project documentation. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved conceptual design, the revised main design, the applicable urban planning and technical conditions, and all relevant national regulations, standards, and procedures governing the execution of works for this type of public facility, with particular attention to social and environmental standards as set by UNDP.

The construction of this public facility will enhance the system of protection and safety for the population, property, and economic activities within the municipality, and will address the existing lack of a fire brigade dedicated exclusively to serving the residents, farmers, and business entities of the Municipality of Zeta. The project also aims to contribute to the quality of the built environment, the functionality of communal infrastructure, and the sustainable development of the local community.

Pre bid Conference

Time and time zone: 11:00h CET

Venue : Premises of Zeta Municipality, Glavna gradska ulica broj 89 Anovi, Golubovci

Pre-bid conference will last 11:00 to 12:30 maximum, to allow sufficient time for participants to reach location for site inspection which will be held at 13:00 (see details below) in section 24.

Site inspection will be conducted after pre-bid conference at 13:00h

Registration for attendance is obligatory.

To facilitate bidders registration for a pre-bid meeting and site inspection, prospective bidders are required to send the names of their authorized representatives using the “Messages” section in Quantum system no later than 17 March 2026.
