Introduction

The goods and services include the supply, delivery, installation, testing and operation training in Barbados.
 

Delivery date and time

The bidder shall supply, deliver and install 37 Shellcatch Remote Electronic Monitoring system (vessel camera) for fishing vessels in Barbados, including training for Fisheries team, within 10-12 weeks after the contract signature.

DAP (Delivery at Place) Bridgetown, Fisheries Complex, Barbados

Customs clearance

Shall be done by:

UNDP’s broker will be handling the clearance

Exact Address(es) of Delivery Location(s)

The consignee details for the delivery location will be provided during pre-contract meeting

Distribution of shipping documents (if using freight forwarder)

Supplier must share shipping documents with UNDP prior to delivering the items at least 40 days before shipment arrival in beneficiary country for necessary government departments exemption.
