  • Pre-bid site visit:
    • Lot 1 – UNDP Libya – 20th October 2025 – 2pm – Tripoli time
    • Lot 2 – UNDP Equatorial Guinea – 20th October 2025 – 2pm Malabo time 
  • Bidders conference 
    • Lot 1 – UNDP Libya – 22nd October 2025 – 2 pm – Copenhagen time
    • Lot 2 – UNDP Equatorial Guinea – 23rd October 2025 – 3 pm – Copenhagen time
    • Clarifications deadline – 28th October 2025 – COB Copenhagen time
    • Bid Submission – 4th November 2025, 5pm Copenhagen time
Please note that the Pre-Bid Site Visits are mandatory for bid eligibility. Confirmation for the participation in the Pre-Bid Site visit is required. Without registration for the Pre-Bid Site Visit confirmed on Quantum, the vendors will not be allowed in the Site Visit.
