Introduction

The scope of this tender is to procure, configure, and implement a secure, cloud-hosted, configurable off-the-shelf (COTS/low-code) digital platform to manage the full grants lifecycle for the Global Disability Fund, including calls, application intake, evaluation, award, implementation, monitoring, reporting, closure, data aggregation, dashboards, donor tracking, interoperability, accessibility, security, training, documentation, support, and exit provisions.
