UNFPA Ukraine hereby solicits your Bid for the procurement of Procurement of Equipment for people with deaf or hard of hearing as per attached eRFQ No.UNFPA/UKR/eRFQ/26/001.

Deadline for submitting requests for clarifications / questions: 14 January 2026, 5:00 PM Kyiv time, Ukraine (GMT+2).

•          UNFPA will provide clarifications to the solicitation documents at the same time by email to all suppliers at the earliest convenience. All bids, information, documents and correspondence exchanged between UNFPA and the bidders in relation to this bid process shall be in English.

•          Partial bids shall not be allowed.

•          Bidders must quote prices for the total requirement requested under Section 3. Schedule of Requirements.

•          Delivery Term: DAP Odesa, Ukraine and DAP Dnipro, Ukraine (see Annex 1, Delivery requirements).

•          Bid Currency: Ukraine Hryvnia (UAH) or United States Dollar (USD), please see Section 2.
