Consultancy Firm to Support MOIT and IPG in Undertaking the Biennial Review of Viet Nam’s JETP


Duration: April to August 2026
Overall objective: 

The objective of the assignment is to undertake a Biennial Review of the Just Energy Transition Partnership (JETP) in Viet Nam to comprehensively take stock of progress after two years of implementation, assess achievements to date, identify gaps and challenges, and propose practical measures to enhance effectiveness and accelerate the implementation of JETP across JETP actors, particularly MOIT and line ministries, IPG, GFANZ, and UNDP in its role as Secretariat Support Agency (SSA).
