Cardiff is a vibrant and growing city, and we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated
individual to join the Recycling & Neighbourhood Services Team as a Neighbourhood Services
Supervisor. Our team is committed to delivering excellent service to Cardiff’s residents and
visitors, ensuring high standards in street cleansing, waste management, and environmental
quality.

As a Neighbourhood Services Supervisor, you will coordinate and monitor all cleansing and
Street Scene Enforcement activities throughout the city. You will provide leadership and
support to operational teams, ensuring effective service delivery in line with Council and
statutory requirements. The role involves managing resources, developing staff, monitoring
performance, and working with internal and external partners to improve service standards and
outcomes for Cardiff’s communities.

glanhau a Gorfodi Strydlun ledled y ddinas. Byddwch yn darparu arweinyddiaeth a chymorth i
dimau gweithredol, gan sicrhau darpariaeth gwasanaeth effeithiol yn unol â gofynion y Cyngor a
gofynion statudol. Mae’r rôl yn ymwneud â rheoli adnoddau, datblygu staff, monitro perfformiad,
a gweithio gyda phartneriaid mewnol ac allanol i wella safonau gwasanaeth a chanlyniadau ar
gyfer cymunedau Caerdydd.
