UNDP kindly requests your quotation for the Rehabilitation of Kogalo Evacuation Centre in Ombeyi Location, Kisumu County as detailed below;


Scope of Works: Renovation of Main Evacuation Building, Ablution Block, Kitchen, Fencing and Main Gate

A mandatory pre-bid clarification and site visit meeting shall be held as follows:

Description – Rehabilitation of Kogalo Evacuation Centre in Ombeyi Location, Kisumu County

Date: Friday 14th November 2025

Time: 10:00 am Kenyan Time (GMT + 3hrs) 

Location: Kogalo evacuation Centre is situated in Irrigation sub Location, Ombeyi Location, Ombeyi Ward of Muhoroni Sub County. It is about 3km from Ahero town along Ahero – Ombeyi marrum road (the cordinates of the location is -0.16° south, 34.92° east)

The Pre-bid Clarification Meeting and Site inspection is mandatory and a pre-requisite for submitting a bid.
