Introduction

SCOPE OF TENDER : The proposed digital solution is a replicable digital information system designed for deployment in low-resource environments, including regions with limited broadband connectivity.  It will adopt an Offline-First architecture, ensuring the application functions seamlessly without internet access and synchronizes data once connectivity is restored.

The following tasks has to undertake :

  • Establish a Unified Digital Platform
  • Enable End-to-End Supply Chain Tracking
  • Strengthen Efficiency and Accountability
  • Bar Code features/ QR Code
  • Provide Real-Time Monitoring and Transparency
  • Support Data-Driven Decision-Making
  • Ensure System Interoperability
  • Enhance User Experience Through Multilingual Support and
  • Web Hosting & Cloud Infrastructure Provision
