Introduction

This Request for Quotation refers for the Provision of Printing and Delivery Services of Election Observation Training Material and Election Observation Pocket Guide as per the attached specifications.
Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website: https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. The scope of this RFQ is to:
  • Enhance structure and flow to ensure the comprehensive Election Observation Training Manual is intuitive, logically arranged, and practical users in dynamic environments.
  • Publish high-quality copies with durable materials suitable for repeated use.
  • Enhance structure and flow to ensure the comprehensive Election Observation Pocket Guide is intuitive, logically arranged, and practical users in dynamic environments.

The Expected Deliverables of this RFQ is:

  • Revised and harmonized manuscript incorporating expert feedback.
  • Print-ready PDF files with appropriate breed, margins, and export settings. 
  • Published copies produced according to technical specifications.
