Introduction

The purpose of this service contract is to provide architectural, development feasibility, and public engagement services related to the 2025 Mayors Challenge in Beaverton, Oregon, USA. UNDP seeks to recruit a company who will perform activities that will assist the City of Beaverton in its efforts to promote the production of moderately priced ownership housing that creates and supports community on a programmatic level with a case study site focused on serving moderate income seniors.
