Pre-bid conference information:

The pre-bid conference will be hosted virtually on 16 June 2025 2:00 PM Ulaanbaatar time as advertised in the procurement notice. Therefore, UNDP encourage any potential bidders with questions to participate in the conference to get clarifications in relation to the ITB under discussion. The minutes from the conference will also be uploaded after the conference.
